Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the eb333 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds contained therein.

You may request a withdrawal of your available eb333 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. eb333 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 to 48 hours of submission during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the account holder's own verified name.
• eb333 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard transaction thresholds.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:
